Refund Policy
In accordance with Article L.121-20 of the French Consumer Code, all consumers have a 14-day period to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons or pay penalties, except for return shipping costs.
We want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases at Pearl Beanies. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item for a full refund or exchange.
Return Conditions
- Returned items must be in perfect condition, with their original tags attached and in their original packaging.
- Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving the order.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Return Process
To return an item, please follow these steps:
- Contact us at contact@pearlbeanies.ch to inform us of your return.
- Send the package to the following address: Pearl Beanies, Switzerland
- Once we have received the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm receipt and process the refund.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, return shipping costs will be deducted from it.
Depending on where you live, the time required to receive your exchanged product may vary.

Sale Items
Sale items may be returned and refunded at the sale price, in accordance with the legal withdrawal period of 14 days after receipt. The refund will be processed once the item is returned and verified. Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer, except in case of error on our part or a proven defect in the product.
